What thread size for transmission pan mounting bolts?

Does anyone know the thread size of transmission fluid pan mounting bolts for 92' Ford Ranger XLT 2.9 V6 with A4LD transmission?

So many times I've taken a physical measurement to aid a fellow board member.

I won't go out and unscrew a pan bolt but I'll bet the thread is 6 x 1.25 possibly 6 x 1.0.

Thanks George,

Yeah, I am considering removing one of the bolts and taking it to the hardware store. If I do that, it should be done same day as the trans fluid/filter change to minimize any fluid loss from a leak.

None of the bolts are missing. But these are losing the ability to thread because crud is caked on the threads after years of use. I'll probably also ream out some bolt holes with my thread tap/chaser kit. I would like to replace all the bolts. But I am hearing different thread sizes. So I'm not sure which one is correct

Threads caked or heads rounded and dirty?

If you do chase the threads, go easily as you'll be working in aluminum.

The heads are ok. But two of the bolts (or bolt holes) are failing

Just following up on any old discussions I may have failed to close out. On this, I ended up using 'Mr. Grip' screw hole repair and I tapped new threads in another hole.
It was just a temporary fix. No longer an issue anyway because I had to replace the transmission, which included a new fluid pan.
