eBay / Craigslist Find: ABR Air Locker at $1 (Dana 35, '90-'97)
ABR Air Locker at $1 (Dana 35, '90-'97)
Found this on ebay this morning. It says its for a Jeep, but it will also work on '90-'97 trucks with the Dana 35 TTB axle (4.0L).
Only good for axle ratios 2.73-3.31, if anyone can use this, it's their lucky day!
Dana 35 ARB locker, jeep:eBay Motors (item 160371013253 end time Oct-25-09 23:49:13 PDT)
ARB Part #: RD103
Note: "The C-clip used in the OE differential cannot be used in the Air Locker. Refer to installation guide or Air Locker Service & Parts Manual for alternative 'spring retained stub' fitment method." (ARB application guide)
For more information see https://www.ranger-forums.com/forum2...ial-guide.html

Possibly, but the fact that the seller set the "Buy If Now" price at $350, indicates that he's willing to take less. Otherwise he would have most likely started the bidding at that price.
If you're interested, just watch the auction till the last few minutes and then throw out a lowball bid. 0RangerEdge2 picked up a lock-right locker for $90 the other week like that.
Preemptive note to anyone to post something along the lines of "this isn't going to work": Please check your facts before you post.
This is the third time I've posted a find like this up, and the thread where 0RangerEdge2 got the locker went to 3 pages with WAY too many people who didn't know what they were talking about posting up crap about how it wouldn't work for him. I'm not above making a mistake, but please check your facts before you post something negative up. Thank You.

Where was I when you posted this?
My bad, I meant to say fourth gear, and I did it with 29" tires on US 90. Now that you mentioned it, that may have been my '01 2.3L. Anyway, I've tapped the rev limiter once and it was north of 6,000 RPM (looked to be 6,400 RPM, but it was quick and I didn't keep it there to double check), so I'm not that far off according to your calculations.
