Couldn't a person have 60/40 seats professionally cut down to 40/40 buckets and recovered in leather for that price? Obviously the end result is the same, but if you had it done yourself you could choose the leather color(s), and the leather would be new.

^^without a doubt.

i think the only downside to that is the downtime of not having seats for however long it takes to do that. and when its your daily driver it would make it tough lol

damn those are NICE. I love my bench seat, but if they were closer (so I wouldn't have to pay shipping) I would be all over those. I wouldn't even negotiate the price. There's no way you can get decent leather work done for less than that. Plus they are real LII buckets. If you do wear them out, they will still be worth something.

Funny, those are the seats I would have if I ordered for my truck brand new (even though they were a $720 option) if I hadn't gotten such a good deal for the one sitting on the lot.
I've looked for them on ebay before with no luck at all. They would plug right in to the Ford seatbelt and "presence switches" with no compatibility problems either.
I have a suspicion that by the time the auction is done they will exceed the "new" price when shipping is added

that's a good price for leather. i wouldn't recover two buckets in leather for less than $500. i just sold a set of seats recovered in cloth for $300.

tys, if you bought a leather kit and had it installed, it would only take about 4 hours to do. to cut and sew two seats, looking about a day and a half.

I was interested in these and the rest of the interior. Strangely, when I contacted them, they stated the rest of the interior (and console) were alread sold??? Oh well, I keep looking...

I don’t remember the addy but there is a full length Console on eBay too.
