hmmm by looking in the pics from CL i dont think its a mile marker looks like a cheepy from harbor frieght could be that the package is old and faded but i also dont see mile markers name or logo on there anywhere idk id go check it out though wouldnt wanna pass it up if it was a Mile marker

thats exactly what i did Josh, I really don't know much about winches, i kinda just came across this in the tool section and don't really need it, but I know to google model numbers for prices on certain things so this caught my eye.
I don't really have a use for a winch but if any of you would like me to pick this up for you, let me know, Shipping is on your dime.
