01-05 metal bumper too...

if we really wanna get specific..

01+ headlamps
01+ corner lamps
01-03 header panel
01-03 grille shell and inner grille
01-03(round fogs) OR 01-05(square fogs) valence(and the clips to mount the valence to the bumper
01-05 metal upper bumper
01+ headlamp mounting sliders
01-05 inner bumper brackets
01-04 outer bumper supports
EP27 flasher designed for LEDs to eliminate your extra turnsignal bulb
misc screws and jnuts/speednuts or whatever they are called. lol.

Or if you like the 04+ edges... you'll need...
04+ hood
04+ header panel
04+ grille

If you do this, you'll be able to do a 06+ grille too...on the same header panel.

I forgot to mention I have a 3" PA Bodylift with those brackets on....so would that eliminate the need for the new bumper brackets?

you'll need some way to mount the bumper to the frame....98-00 and 01-05 are completely different. you'll need 'em. BUT....your 3" BL bumper brackets will work for any 98+ truck....just you'll need the bracket between the bumper and the frame anyway.

would doing just a 01-03 xlt instead of edge bumper and grille be easier?

I need the inner and outer brackets for my 99' XLT? whats the difference between the 99' and 2000 that the 2000 is direct bolt on?

98-00 frame to bumper brackets are different than 01-05....there's also outer supports on the 01-05...you'll need those brackets.
