Can anyone tell me if you can put an 01-03 grille, the ones that replace the corner lights.
As such

on a 2000 ranger, which originally looks like this.


I don't mind losing my orange running lights, they're ugly anyways, but I don't want to have to replace the headlights to get the new style grille.


Thanks in advance, hopefully someone knows if these can be swapped out.

lolololol. you'll have to replace the headlights and some to run the 2001 grille...

 

Sorry, I was searching the exterior forum for grills, and didn't find much other than the billet mod I've already done. I guess it's not really worth it if I have to replace everything.


Mostly I'm trying to find a way to get a billet grille without having those two vertical bars on my grille, like the upper grill in this picture

 

get a 2wd grille for a 98-00 and cut out the center

 

THAT'S why I see 2000 billet grilles listed with those pictures, they're 2WD and splashes....

THANK you, I've been looking for the surround to swap out so that I can put a horizontal billet in, I'll go dig around the local auto yard and look for a 2WD 2000 to pull the grille out of.
