Just curious if I can use the side rail caps off an edge on my ranger? Ive looked but couldn't find if flareside and fkeetside were interchangable. If they are, I have yet to find ranger edge bed rail caps on eBay I kinda like the beffy ones. Looks similar to those of a sport Trac.

 

Years ago I saw pictures of a Flareside truck with the Edge caps, but I cannot remember who it was, or whether they had to modify them to make them fit. I can tell you they're held on sort of like a topper is with j clamps that hook under the lip of the bed. They also have four spots that "snap" into the stake pockets. Since Flaresides don't have stake pockets, you will probably have to address that.
