2004 Bedliner Attachment

2004 Bedliner Attachment
so i was on the freeway today, driving about 70mph, when suddenly my entire bedliner flew up and nearly out of the bed. luckily, a single plastic anchor held, and i was able to pull over and fix it and get home safely. after taking a look at it, it appears that there's only 2 (out of 6) plugs that snap/screw into holes and wedge under the metal bed rail to hold the liner down, and only 1 of them was actually attached.
missing anchors/plugs, other side is identical
can anyone point me in the right direction to replace these? i've tried searching and googling for "bed liner plugs" and "bed liner anchors" and everything i could think of, but i can't seem to find what i need. thanks in advance.

OK, I googled up using phrase "bedliner over rail attachment screw plugs" and a number of sites came up along with photos of different types of attachment plugs.
Also, google up "bed liner locking cam", and a number of sites come up.
Possibly this will help in your search.

If I remember correctly, it was Penda/Dura-Liner who Ford contracted to stamp their liners. Since your bedliner is basically falling out anyway, on the back sidewalls near the tailgate, there should be a label stating the bedliner info. If it's legible, that should tell you who made it. If you can't find anything online, call the manufacturer (not Ford) and see what they have to say.

so i pulled the liner out.
part# F77Z-9900038-FA, other #s return nothing
i googled the main part number and found the liner listed in a few different places, and some of them even mention "no-drill mounting," but none of them seem to specifically mention mounting hardware or a related kit or anything. the other part numbers didn't return any results for me.
here's what the actual anchor plugs look like:
in the deepest part of the little well, there is a tiny "1" molded into the plastic of one, and a tiny "4" on the other.
i went to my local ford dealership and talked to the parts manager, gave him the liner part number and even showed him the plugs, and he was baffled. he said his system didn't show any kind of hardware or kits or related parts, and he had never personally seen this method of mounting. so i'm kind of at a loss here. i guess my next move is to hit the junkyard and just hope to find a ford pickup with a similar liner and take the plugs. alternately, i was able to find over-the-rail mounting clips made by Rugged Liners which wedge under the rail, but they require a rectangular slot in the liner which i would have to cut myself, and i really don't feel good about doing that.
any other ideas? thanks again.

after striking out at the ford dealership, went to a couple different bed liner shops, and also struck out - they had never seen anything like it. they really wanted to sell me a spray-in liner for $600, though, which i passed on. some more desperate googling led me to custompickup.com, but it turns out they no longer sell the parts. it can only be found in the cached google image result.
apparently these were used by duraliner and all-star, but even that info hasn't helped me get any closer to finding them.
went to the junkyard, searched a whole field of ford trucks, didn't find a single other truck with the same type of liner or mounting cams. on my way back to my car empty handed, i passed a guy sitting in a similar ranger, and he had the exact same liner with all 6 locking cams in it. he couldn't tell me anything, though, and wasn't interested in parting with his. the search continues.
