8000K HID Headlights

I want to upgrade my bulbs, I have already picked out the pair that I want, the 8000K Xenon HID Headlights ( http://www.protuninglab.com/8000khidkit.html ). I know how to install it but when ordering it I was asked if I wanted a Canceller for $15. I know a canceller is to stop flickering, well I think that is what it is for. Do I need it or can save the $15?

Thanks guys!

I am still jumping around between the two, my buddy has the 8000K and I like them, but I know the 6000K are the best because they give off the best amount of light, but I don't know. I am mostly just worried about the Canceller and if I need it or not. I was reading another thread on here about how the HID was affecting a guys FM radio then he put on a Canceller and it was fine. But that was about it, I was just looking for more information on Cancellers.

Did you have a Canceller? My buddy who has on 8000K doesn't have a Canceller and he seems to be having no problem but, I just wanted to check with you guys. I guess I could just always order the kit and buy a Canceller later if I need one. They are only $12 on Amazon.

I probably will not be ordering it for a few weeks but I just wanted to get all the research done before hand. After the research I want to get the 6000K but I still want to get the 8000K because it is Blue and I am a huge Tampa Bay Lightning fan and our primary color is blue. lol

Don't get 8K. Bros get 8K. You won't need a canceller either

But Bros are cool! I just happy that I know where the brake lights for my Ranger are coming from now. I will probably just get the 6000K even though I want the 8000K to support my hockey team...
