Ive got a white 94 splash supercab 4x4 with the stock multi-color "SPLASH" stickers. Id like to get rid of them and possibly replace them with something else (pinstripes?) any sugestions and how hard will it to be to remove stickers from an 18 year old truck?

 

I had a white one with the stickers too. I agree, I had to get the Splash stickers off. I had to use a hair dryer to heat the sticker in the sunlight. Lots of heat. Use goo gone on the adhesive, then wash and wax. Start with the tailgate first to see if it will work out for ya.

You cant tell in the pic but it turned out decent. But your truck has 10 more years with the stickers, then mine. It should still work out. Good luck, you can do it.

 

heat gun/hair dryer. or a rubber wheel attached to a drill. its how i remove those factory stripes at work, just don't like, push to hard or get an extremely hard rubber, something you can leave a mark in with you finger nail will do.

I was also wondering if there was any vinyl or pinstriping you think might look decent on it. im wanting to keep a clean look(no fast and furious ricer stuff) but i also want to stay away from the advanced auto fleet truck look

That is my old high school truck, the 2wd splash has a some factory drop springs almost 2 inches. Then I added another 3 inches to that. My current Ranger full air ride. Check out my album.

I took all the stickers off my Splash then added one custom made solid black Splash sticker on the upper left tailgate. Then on to the next mod.

 

tell your friends' to eat $h!t. wear those splash stickers with pride. i wish ford still offered the splash package and the STX. those decals are gonna be expensive if you ever decide to put them back on.

you truck would look great with a suspension lift and some 33s.

 

haha idk about telling them to eat $h!t i might just have a small sperminator sticker made for it and were it proud, i was also thinking about masking the splash logo and making them solid black not sure yet ive got so many plans/ideas for it (prerunner bumpers, tires, kc/hella lights, roofrack, lift) but im only 17 so my budget is basically $0.00... so far ive put a roll on bed liner in which made a big difference imo, and ive got a pioneer head unit with 4 5x7s and a 8" sub

 

Im dont have photoshop on my computer yet but this is what i did in a few minutes with ms paint kinda sloppy but what do you think?
