I see that there is wiring under the bumper was wondering if the switch wiring is up in the dash? And do they make a radio bezel that accepts the switch for a 2 wd?

 

Yes they do you just have to find one at the junk yard. I added fog lights but have yet to do the wiring as mine didn't come with it from the factory. You need the bezel and the switch, there is also a relay behind the radio bezel with 4 wires going to it. Unless you have this relay you need to add it. Can usually be found all on the same vehicle. I went with an aftermarket harness.
