skid plate bolt removal

i was under there today looking at them so i can straighten out my plate and was curious if i missed any. there is two on the crossmember, 2 or 4 at the side ( i am missing 2 if there are 4 from last year...) then i can't see the ones at the front behind the bumper. are there 2 up there or is there more?

When I put mine on it was 2 at the cross member then 4 on the bottom of the frame and that was it.

Wirelessly posted

I have 2 on each rail and had to weld the skid to the cross member for obvious reasons.

It is real common to destroy the bolts, if you rub the bottom of the skid along rocks. I have sheared a few.

i took it out today. it didn't even fall on my head. yay! there is a metal place up the road that is gonna make a 10g replacement. the guy asked what i wanted and showed me different thicknesses. should be done in a week or so. i told him i needed it by the 15th. he's gonna bang the old one out and use it as a template.
