APC Projector Headlamps any good?

Hey all I have a Dark Green 2000 Ford Ranger XLT and I'm thinking about replacing my lights with some projectors in hopes of slightly improving the light output over stock.

Anyways I found a set on ebay I like for $101 after shipping and tax made by APC.

The only question is if they are a decent brand? and when I get them how do i go about the process of removing my stock headlights and any other modifications( like wiring) I might need to do to install them.

I have APC clear corners that bought at the same time when I had to get new OEM headlights a little over 4 years ago and the headlights started turning yellow and the corners still look brand new

hrm I found very little info from Google after this post and saw a few posts that are similar. They seemed to be somewhat iffy and prone to the yellowing like mentioned. So I decided to pass on them.

I'm taking a chance and ordered something else for the same price "euro diamond cut projector headlights from option racing.

I'll let everyone know how it goes...Except now I'm going to have to find some clear corners as well to finish off the look
