Black Tail Lights.

Just wondering what you guys thought about these -

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33716

I have never really been a fan of the Altezza style lights since ricers started using them on Civics. Always thought the factory lights were better, but since I am going with a black theme on my truck, I have actually kinda grown fond of these. Just wanted some opinions before I buy.

By the way, I want something that is black. Some of the carbon fiber ones are cool designs, but I want an all black background. I surely dont want any of those chrome ones.

i have all black tails on my truck.. kinda like yours, with the lower two red lghts, and the top white light.. i had the same feeling about euros as you do.. didnt like the looks of them really, but, since my truck was black, and these had black housings, i liked them. mine only use 2 bulbs tho, not 3.. the bottom red light is nothing really.. at night it still lights up with the middle red light though.

I also hate altezzas and the euro look which is why I tinted mine myself...which only cost me about $15 altogether. Easiest and best way to do it

The black ones look good...i like them a lot better then chrome ones. Even on other cars, like the Altima for example which comes with the chrome ones from the factory, yeah, i'd be taking them off and getting black ones. But with my truck i dont have a problem with the stock ones so they can stay. But if i were to switch them, it would be for the black ones.

The first set in your last post. The ont with the large red area. Those are PIMP and would look awesome on your truck. I dont like the other set with 3 light sections

Ok, first set it is. i was kinda going for those too. I really didnt want to rewire the third light so that it just stays on when the lights are on. I didnt want it to blink too when i turned or get brighter as i braked.

Anyways, no rewiring. I will get pics of them when they arive. Will probably get them about the time i get my sub.
