Pre-cut Window Tint. Where to buy?
Has anyone had good experiences buying pre-cut window tints? My supervisor at work used to work at a body shop said that he would put it in for me but it had to pre-cut. He said there wasnt any place that he had a preference for. Anyone has good luck with a certain place?
I AM ASKING FOR A PLACE ONLINE TO BUY QUALITY PRE-CUT TINT, IF YOU HAVE NOTHING TO ADD TO THIS SPECIFIC SUBJECT GO FONDLE YOURSELF.

I would call up a few local places, personally I don't trust most of the online people who sell precut tint. It's probably mostly garbage tint that will turn purple. I'd call around and find a shop that uses a machine to cut their tint like the one who does my tint uses. And ask if they can just cut you tint for cheap so you can apply yourself.

Yes, that used to be part of his job. The shop he worked at did all hand cut stuff, but he hates cutting it. Thats why he wants the pre-cut stuff.

If he's done it before, go for it. It will save you a heck of a lot of money, but make sure you get quality tint.

As a professional Tinter I would really suggest you go to a Tint shop and get it done right the first time. Anybody can lay precut Tint...It takes ZERO skills...and more than likely anything you buy offline is the absolute cheapest 2 ply 1 mil thick film that will Peel, Scratch and Fade. I retint 30 or 40 cars a year and I charge a premium to remove crappy quality Tint. To remove Tint and retint cost double normally. Go with LLumar thats all I use and I offer a lifetime warranty!

I should add that if a Tint shop does have a cutter and they use high quality film they probably will not charge you that much less for just the Film.... than the entire job would cost. Plus you get a Warranty. Most Places charge $50-70 and they will include a sun strip....I do 2 windows and a strip in any Percent Film for $65.

You guys are a bunch of tards. If I wanted a shop to do it I would call a shop hand them money and have them do it. I dont want to do that. I have someone who used to install tint as part of his job. Why would I pay a shop when he can do it for free. All I need is the tint and it to be pre-cut. The shops that I have called will not sell pre-cut stuff they will only install it.

No where to buy? Google "pre-cut tint" then go to ebay and search "pre-cut tint" if you find less then 1,000 places I will come and suck your left nut for the afternoon.

We just tell people ya ill sell it to ya, but theres no warranty. And yes ill charge ya when you come back cause you screwed it up also lol. Make sure you get good tint if you plan on keeping the vehicle for any length of time. We use SunTek CarbonXP. Never had an issue with it, I guy I help has been there stuff since he started tinting in the early 90's, cause the Lunar stuff had issues when the first started doing tint.

Why not buy the tint and cut it yourself? If he does not want to do it then you can do it. Its not that hard.
Why not pay a professional to do it? $150 will do my entire F250. I think having a professional do it is the only way to go.
I don't think you can even buy tint yourself for under $30.
I say leave it clear
