Cutting Stock Grill for Street Scene Grill Insert
2wd do not have honeycomb. 4x4 do have honeycomb. If the street scene grilles need the stock grille to be cut up, take a dremel to it. cut less than you need to, and go from there to make it fit. If you fell that you may mess up, search ebay for a used grille, or search here or rps or gen-edge, or trs for member classifieds. I just recently cut up an extra stock honey comb to mount some 6" KCs in it. I got the grille for $20.

Alright. The 2wd XLT grilles are completely different than the 4x4 XLT grilles. Here's a comparo shot of my '01 4x4 XLT vs. My little brother's '01 XL(same grille as yours but grey in color). Notice that the 4x4's grille meets straight up to the hood. And the 2wd's outer grille surrounds the actual grille. For XLT & XL, a 4x4 grille won't work on a 2wd.
