Dent removal

Ive got a dent on the passenger side of my ranger about a foot in diameter. no paint chips or anything , i just want to pop it out. any ideas?
all i can find online is the stupid plunger idea.

on the passenger side where?

if its on the bed u might be able to take a rubber mallet,sheet metal hammer, or like i who dont give a f*ck a regular hammer but then its prolly gonna be prone to chipping or cracking but theres not much else u can do to get it out with out it cracking anyways

That looks like it should pop right out, youre lucky though- i have that size one on my DOOR and the sheetmetal went around the steel safety bar inside the door so it cant be 'popped' out. good luck.

i don't know guys, that i pretty big. try it with the mallet and the plunger, but it looks like it is creased along the upper part of the dent and if it is then the line will show when it gets pulled out

pop it out urself then get half of your vehicle rhinolined with a thick layer there and it'll be invisible!

how would i do it with a mallet? just get a rubber mallet and smack the damn thing or do i put a piece of wood under it and hit it or what

Not sure. Haynes I believe sells a body repair manual. My dad has it. My buddy dented his dodge a lil higher than that(an old dodge) and it popped right out pretty damn nicely.
