Does anyone have PIAA 525's?

Ive been reading about them they sound pretty cool. Just wondering if anyone had them and what their opinion was of them. I cant find a whole lot of info on them. On PIAA's site it kind of makes them sound like they have a high and a low beam. If anyone has them or knows more about them can you let me know.
