Yes and no. Ive had it in the air, but i have just daily driver shocks on it so they arent setup for it. It can take it just fine, but i like tearing across woops and the side roads in comfort. thats the fun for me.

i do like the products mike, i wish glass wasnt so expensive, im pretty cheap when it comes to spending, and if they were $500 painted id do it, but its just not worth it in my area. Keep up the good work!

Nate, I totaly understand. Although glass fenders dont rust, as you know. The cost of new OEM fenders are more than glass, and aftermarkets are junk. Its only worth doing if you want bigger tires,
and a different look. I'll tell you, my truck does turn heads.

Logan, your truck has a good look.

I know Mike's truck has alittle more into the suspensionthan mine does but just to show how much clearance this kit gives you!
My buddy Shane(fx4wannabe) and I swapped tires.

Sorry i havent answered, doing other stuff. The fenders will bolt up easily to any model 93-12. the squared off leading edge might not match as you would like, although if you are going to paint, we can add more material in the leading edge. that way it can be sanded off to blend it in which is quite easy.
We can even do that here before shipping, If you like.

Hey Mike! This is Danny. I emailed you a few weeks ago interested in getting some fenders and a valence for my black ranger. First off, I have to say, that your work is beautiful! You really know quality. I have had "mexican made" fenders in the past, and they were horrible! Kudos to you and your team.

Few questions:

I was wondering if you have any pics of the fenders or valence in black? You mentioned that black is at no additional charge, but I'm curious at how well the color matches ford black. It would be great to get a set that doesn't have to be painted! Will the fenders line up well with the stock edge hood? Also do you charge for install if I purchase the fenders from you?

Thanks ahead of time for any responses. Drooling over your truck...haha

Mike, I see the hood is for 01-03 years, can you cut it or trim it for 04+ with the enlarged grill cutout? Also are the hood pins needed or does it hook up to the factory latch?

Danny, Dont remember your email, But, This is funny. I grew up in Laguna Beach, Its my home town.
Except i am an "Artist", Not a "breaker" like you must be. Shadow Lane, brooks street, oak, thalia.
The mayor, Kelly Boyd is a high school friend.

Black is black, it can be polished to match depending on you. You didnt state which year you have.
Installation for the front fenders and valance are a piece of cake. Rears, more work.

Morris, yes we do have the late model hood also, in pinned or latch. All hoods are equipted for bolt on hinges, (SS) inserts. We do accept ph calls. 310 327 2337. Prices vary as to what setup you want.
Its better to call if your serious about purchasing product. mpdfiberbodywerx.com

Thanks Mike! The fenders should work great for baja surf runs.I have an 02. I'll give you a call when the time comes for a set in black! Laguna is a great place. I am 26 now, and was one of the last of the Artists! I surf up and down from Agate to 10th to El Morro all the time. It sure is hard to move away from OC...get caught in a bubble! We'll be in touch soon.

so mike i was checking out an install on a yellow ranger, and noticed that before he installed the hood the body lines of the fenders didnt hatch up to his stock hood.

now i was considering the hood, but how do i know its going to match up to my fenders?

Its not going to match up. We changed the leading edge of the hood and fender tops to create the look of the new F150/raptor look. the crease between the hood and fender (where they shut) matches like stock. The kit was designed to have the fenders and hood together, then they work together.

The pics of the yellow truck you saw only had the fenders on it.Eddie will post up pics when fully done
next week on dezert rangers. When designed it was intended for offroad where the owners want more fender volume for bigger tires.

Glad I found this thread. The McQueen kit is the one I'm going to order. I like how you offer different options for the hood.

Is there any other options available for the various pieces?
