Finally did the headlight mod what u think.

BTW i have tried everything and still can't get the lenses clean, any ideas.

whao... a little overspray. Try putting some paint thinner on a rag and clean it up.

Also, you did the turn signal area... so... your bulbs won't reflect now.....

it's not overspray it was on there when i bought the truck, and I know i did the blinker area they are still pretty bright with the metallic.

so you painted the side marker light solid. That looks pretty cool. Never would have thought about that.

Ok so i have tried cleaner wax, chrome polish, prep all, rubbing compound,any thing else get the stuff off of the headligts, I dont even know what it is it's not overspray and it's deffinitly on the outside of the lense.

I dunno if I would have painted the whole corner light like that. heh It defintly is something different and unique though.

I'm pretty sure covering up your corner light is illegal, as you no longer have the amber light visible. I may be wrong, but I think you can't do that.

I noticed when I did my headlights the plastic on the lenses "spider-webbed" as a result of being heated. It almost looks like shattered glass. I'm guessing that is what happened to yours. An easy way to see it more clearly is to turn your lights on at night and look at the lenses from an angle. This will highlight the "spider webs".

Mine is not nearly as noticeable and can only be seen when looking at an angle while very close to the lights. I don't think there is any way to fix it.

Try Mr. Clean magic eraser for the lense. But the truck looks sweet. Illegal, but sweet.

Try Kit wax on the lens! I love that stuff. It has cleared up every sandblasted, yellowed, stained, lens I have ever had.
