front end swap

my dad is lookin into gettin me a 1985 ranger 4cyl automatic and i was wondering how hard would it be to put the 89-92 front end on it

i think the entire front clip should bolt on, im not 100% sure.

thats what i was thinkin to because i believe 83-92 was the same frame but there aint much for the 83-88 front end, im goin to the ranger because of gas prices and my f150 gets about 10mpg

whats wrong with the older front end if you don't mind me asking.

i kinda like the look of the first gen rangers.

im not to fond of them and i cant seem to find anything made for that front end such as grilles but to each there own

I think you may need a different core support... not 100% sure though...

LMC lists two different part numbers...
