Headlights

Im lookin to get new projector/euro headlights. Jus simple replacements no conversions, somthin to look nicer than the stock lights. Anyone have any suggestions or websites/stores i could check out? Thanks

I dont beleave there is a projector for the 5th gen. also make a signature with your truck model 4x4 4x2 what not so when you ask questions its alot easier to explain knowing unimplied info. also there is a EDIT button below your post so you can just click edit and put in info or correct spelling if you notice it, instead of creating another post. btw welcome to RF...

Yeah check out the picture threads started by RangerBoy03LvlII or HighRollerII and look at how their headlights are painted on the inside. I think that's the coolest mod you can do for headlights by far.

how about the mod that the Ranger Interceptor has,the blue circle on the lens, hows thta done?

Thats the light bulb, nothing done to the light. I had the headlight mod too, geez, i was like the 2nd or 3rd person to brave it:)




As Zach said there are no projector headlights for 5th gen ranger(your body style)

i jus got my clear corners and installed them today. i noticed that yours dont exactly match the headlights either, so i take it takes typical? i was kinda worried i got some crappy ones. i dont feel so bad anymore

I did the headlight mod and when you're back in Melbourne I could probably help you do it too. At the very least you can inspect mine and see what you think in person.

Well no the clears don't match the my headlights, lol. I did the mod, never got around to modding the clears. I only know of one person that has modded the clear corners.

No they aren't. And Zach's right, no headlight replacement for our gen.

Headlight mod is the way to go, if you dont' like your's stock.

why do you need to bake them? does it set the paint or sumthing?

No you bake them to take them apart. Gotta soften the glue that holds the cover to the housing.
