How do i fix these dents PIX>

Driverside upper corner of cab

Tailgate (right above the license plate)

What is the 1st thing i need to do if i wanna fix it myself?

Id say get in behind it from the inisde and try and roll then out with something round..... Then sand and bondo...

i was thinking of doing that with a pool cue ball. is bondo the same thing as auto filler?
