I had to use a heat gun on mine to remove it. Just be careful, you don't want to get it too hot and melt anything!

On one side of the of "posts" on the back of the emblem it has a flat side that gets caught on the grille. You have to push it away from the little "tooth" of a flat spot, while prying up on the plastic tab of the grille, and pushing out at the same time. It's a real PITA. I didn't notice it the first time I tried to get mine off, but you gotta look real close. Hope I made sense and this helps you get if off.

Haha, yea, I was typing fast and not thinking. The post on the back of the emblem is round. Where it is locked onto the grille, with the U shaped tab on the grille, on opposite side of the post is an indentation that is locked onto the grille itself. So when you are prying up on the tab, you have the push the post towards the tab and push the emblem away from the grille. If you don't push the post away from the indentation part, it will get caught on the grille and you won't be able to push the emblem away from the grille. If need be, I can find my spare emblem and take a picture of the back of it. Hard to describe without pictures, haha.

This really isn't this hard. Put a screw driver under the black piece, pull up and push the studs down. That simple
