Ranger emblem removal

Want to remove the ranger emblem on side of truck to replace with another decal. does the 2000 ranger xlt have any holes in the panel behing emblem or is it just adhesive only?

I believe there a 2 alignment holes, but you should be able to look inside the fender with the door open & see the studs.............
