How do remove he bumper cover on a 06 Ranger FX4 Off Road?

what bumper cover? there isn't one.

The rear bumper? Squeeze the tabs underneath and pull up.

you mean the plastic piece on the topof the rear bumper?
I thought you were referring to the front bumper.
