your rims look way to wide for those tires.. bed cover works.

 

The wheels have a fake bead lock on them. That's why they look too wide homie.

you should re-do it with astro-turf....

make it a mini football field for tailgating

 

3 pieces of plywood, some 2x4, and boat carpeting. And i attached it to my tool box. But it's "quick disconnect". . . . . I've got a bolt with a cotter pin hole, with a pin through it. So whenever i need my bed, about 1 minute, and the tonneau is off. And how much did i spend?? $60- $75 bucks. Can't beat that.

 

Its because its a 10" rim on a less than 10.5" tire, they are way to wide.

 

is it carpeted? what material is that???? not my fav I've seen but not near as ugly as home made would make it sound.

 

I don't know just boat carpeting from Lowes. Water proof.. . . but doesn't work to well.

 

I am guessing that it is a 10" rim on a 10.5" tire. That would give the same look.

 

bedcover is too high, extends out past the tailgate, doesn't match the truck.

 

I would have just covered it in fleece and put fiberglass resin on it....

Creative! I never thought of building one myself. Maybe I will give it some more thought-not sure what I might do to improve appearance?
