Looking for Nerfbars/side steps for a 96 Ranger Xlt extended cab with 7ft box

Hi there, I recently bought a 1996 Ranger XLT with a 7ft box. This vehicle will be my daily driver for the next few months and then my mother may be driving it while i’m out of the country. Due to this I am looking at adding a set of nerfbars or steps to the truck to make it easier for her to get in.

Maybe ones i have found online are 3 inch bars but they have 2 footholds on the bar which I believe would look silly on this truck. The bars with the single foothold seem to be made for a single cab.

Anyone have any suggestions where to look or have experience with adding such bars to a truck this old?

Thanks in advance.

To the best of my knowledge, there is no such thing as a Ranger with an extended cab and a 7 ft box.

Guess I was mistaken. Still looking for bars for it potentially. Anyone have any ideas?

I remember someone who called this the "holy trinity". Extended cab, long bed, 4x4. Hard to find, but pretty sure its a thing.

People have made this combo - relatively easy to do on the 98+ models. But Ford has never factory produced it, even in the mythical lands of the double cab ranger.
