Measurements on 06+ Emblems

I got all my 06+ emblems in today (3 "Ranger" emblems, and 1 Tail gate blue oval.) I got the two fender emblems installed as there were locating holes on them. The other two emblems I don't have holes for as my truck is an 04 and I was wondering what the measurements were for the "Ranger" emblem for the tail gate and for the big blue oval below the handle. If anyone has measurements on where to locate these, that would be awesome.

I just went down to the local dealership after closing with a tape measure and did it that way. I'm sure someone can hook you up though.

I've thought about just going to a dealership, but I don't want to have to deal with the salesmen hassling me.

It sure would of been more helpful for you to just go measure your 07, instead of making that post. I guess I'll just find someone/or some place that'll let me measure them.

Don't worry about it. Tell 'em what your doing and be firm with 'em. I literally parked, walked out to one, whipped out the tape and pen -n- paper and started at it. Guy walked out, I told him what I was doing, and continued to do so.

But I do see someone did go out there for the measurements for ya.

Here's a nifty lil pic for ya...

Thanks for the pics. How big are the holes for the old Ford oval? I was thinking about putting the Tail gate Ranger emblem in the correct spot but put one of these

over the holes for the oval. Think it'll work? I fear though it may make the tail gate look too busy.
We often forget that we all live in totally different worlds. Where I live there is only one dealership that would have an 06+ Ranger with in 30 miles. I'm sure where some of you guys live there is one on every corner. Also the only dealership close has all there stuff behind a fence and you pretty much have to walk into the building then get taken out to look at the vehicles.

If I can find my old stock emblem, I'll measure the pins center to center and their diameter.

I totally think you can cover them up with that 4x4 emblem.
