Name this part!

Guys.. kinda working on coming up with some info on a front end swap...
Hope they don't mind me using this purdy truck as the example.

I circled in red the parts I'm talking about
Can you guys name these parts from an 04+, as well as maybe part #'s?

Everything else is easy, but its that part that I'm unsure about

I just did an 01-03 front end swap on my 98, and I'm totally not digging it. I miss the chrome grill. SO I'm going to sell some of the parts, keep the headlights, and buy what I need for the 04+, and I wasn't sure about those things, but at least they're part of the header panel.
