Need fast help with body bolts

Im in the middle of replacing my core support and I got the old one fully out, but I cant get the old body bolts and bushings out. Are the bolts suppose to just slide out or are they threaded or what? I tried to bang them out with a hammer and no luck, I also tried to take them out by turning them with a ratchet and I cant get them to even move without the bushing spinning with the bolt.

My other question is, are the washers anything special? The washers have a slot in them in stead of just a round hole. (the hole looks like this <===>)

heat up the bottom of the bolt inside the bushing with a torch for a good minute. then get some big channel locks to hold the bushing in place then crank on the bolt. its easier with a air gun.

ok so they screw out, I was afraid to heat them because I thought the bushings would melt.

I used a air gun to get the nut off so I can use that on this to.

thanks
