need paint code

for a 93 ranger here is a pic of the color
the color is like a red but a tad darker.

if thats from your truck then the paint code is on the driver door jamb sticker

sorry i forgot to clearify that the sticker is missing from the door jam so i'm a little S.O.L.

He had that same color I think, he just sold his truck like a month ago; he should know however.

I don't know about that........there are alot of Ford reds......not only that, but bwester04's truck was like a 2000 and his is a 93.

ah...didn't notice the year difference.

good luck then. Its looks like a two tone color maybe, i think i see a little tan or some other color on the bottom of that fender (or just may be the picture)

yes it is 2 tone im only really looking for the red (#)'s but if u know the code for the tan that would be great.

do you think a dealer ship might beable to find out the paint codes. cause i have searched all over the net and couldn't narrow a specific color down.

The dealer can get some of the paint codes now from the vin#,I can try to run it,but I am here for only another hour,or I can run it monday

looks like EP- vermillion solid, to me but not quite sure

What do you plan on doing? If you have a auto paint store near you, you can go there and get them to match the paint.....they should have a scanner that they can put on the paint surface, and it will put together a formula so they know how to mix the paint.
