I need to replace the bed since it got crunched by a hay bail (yes a really big one!). I'd like to put a flareside on it but not sure if it will fit and if it does what year models will fit. Anyone know?

 

There was no flareside made for your year truck (there was but you will never find that bed, very rare truck).

You can put a newer one on and it has been done before.

And it is more then just swapping the bed. You will need the fuel filler neck, taillight harness, along with the taillights and I think if you look at that picture the bed doesn't line up perfect with the cab on the bottom.

 

I've seen this before in person and I dont really like it. The body lines and curves dont match and IMO I don't like it.

 

Thanks for the input. That's exactly what I was looking for! I guess I'll stick with the '92 bed.
