Ok so i think i'm going to eventually get a full size spare for my fx4 and i know the the underbed spare tire holder wont hold 32s so i want a bed mount. thing is i dont want an angled one that takes up a ton of space in the bed but i'd rather have on that would mount or be held to the passenger side of the bed, upright, right behind the cab. has anyone seen this or know how it would be possible?

ya they did have something like that in JcWhitney back in the day heck you could make it with ankle iron real easy

not much too them, could easily make yourself

 

They are real simple. Had one in my '69.

 

Just be careful with that style mount. They have a tendency to break out the bedside.
