Looks like they just took OEM and niteshaded them. I would go with the regular headlight mod.

From what I can tell it isn't the outside that is niteshaded or anything like that. Its the inside that is blacked out. I think it looks good but it seems a little weird to me?

Its cheaper to go buy a 12 dollar can of Niteshade and spray them yourself. Or do what Korey did.

Also, I'm not sure if it's worth the money or not to upgrade to LED heads and tails. Opinions?

I think they are alittle to dark. I would do what your brother did and headlight mod them.

Why not just do the headlight mod? You could probly buy covers for your lights you have now that would give the same look. Either way, couldn't imagine those being very bright.

I'll probly end up going with the regular mod I was just curious. I would love the all blacked out look but I am worried about the change in light output. Plus, with the new tint brow I got on my windshield today it's hard enough to see already..

I'd get the black housing headlights and corners. Those look like the lenses are niteshaded, and it's screaming "pull me over".

I know everyone wants to "save some money" but 2 headlights and 2 corners for the "buy it now" price of $83 just tells me that this is one cheap (as in crappy) set up. You get what you pay for. My friend laughed at me when i put my $70 Hella's on my truck. "I got the same style light for $19 at Walmart" he told me. well, those lights have broken, leaked, etc... and have been replaced 3 times! (he still hasn't learned his lesson) My $70 Hella's? still going strong since 2001!

^^^Believe it or not, aftermarket lenses for the headlights are actually pretty high quality. OEM goodness. I'm running a set on my truck right now and so are a few of my local friends....it's good stuff.

As for those linked smoked headlights....they look cool as hell....but.....also gay as hell as the same time. I'd never own a set unless it was a show truck that doesn't get driven on the street.
