Bedliners, but which one?

Bedliners, but which one?
Just had my 06 FX4 sprayed today from Line-X. I must say I'm very pleased. Dropped it off at 8am and it was done by 10am. They went over everything they were going to spray and asked if I would like the bed bolts and the tail gate bolts removed prior to spraying. I had them removed them then spray and re-apply.
The dealer I dealt with was very professional and I would recommend going to them. I'll be telling my friends about them.
I'll try to get some pictures over the next couple days to show everyone.

Cool, I wish I had spray in liner, but I think I would rather haver Rhino-Liner, I have seen Line-X chip and from what I understand Rhino-Liner doesn't.

I vote do it yourself also. i went with herculiner. As long as you go slow and do it right no problems. Clean, sand well, clean again. tape, roll on, wait, roll on, wait, roll on, wait. done. I got three thick coats out of my kit, and then I hit it with two thin coats of spray on to smooth it out and get the roughness out. The last one I did in pops f150 lasted 3yrs before it faded at all and that was 2 coats because of the long bed. I figure 85$ for the first, then in three years You spend another 20-25 for a touch up quart, again, you do that right and you got another three years. Keep that up and in 30 years you'll hit the price of line-x. Then again go one time line x with a lifetime guarantee and you only have to worry bout it once.
And for those that scoff.. yes I use my bed. Probably more than most. two to three full loads of firewood a week. snowmobiles, quads, potato cannons, ski gear, other random crap. chainsaws.. cases of beer. Dead animals. the usual.

Yeah.. if you don't use your bed hardly at all then herculiner should be just great. Especially if you are getting a tonneau. it took me basically three full days to get mine done. bout an hour and half for prep. bout a half hour to roll on the first coat nice and thick. then it takes somewhere between 6 and 9 hours to dry. then roll on the second, another 4-6 hours, and then I did a third coat so another 4-6 hours. I was working this around school and work so I did it as I had time. Defenitely pick a slow weekend where you don't have to drive your truck. Also, at the end I used spray on duraliner to go over it. The herculiner is really really rough when you put it on. so i smoothed it out with the duraliner.
sorry those are all first or second coat pics.. I don't have any third or finished pics..

Herculiner sucks! I did My 01 with it, Sanded it down, cleaned it with body prep, spent 140 Bucks on materials and three days without a truck to allow for drying time and it chipped within three seconds of putting my wheeler in the bed. I ended up buying a plastic liner for my truck so I could trade it in without the dealer taking money off for the horrible bedliner.
Total Cost of Herculiner was about $350 if you include the plastic liner I had to buy to cover up the mistake.
I did Rhino liner'd my 04 and Was more than satisfied, it did Chip however once with my Four wheeler ramp and they fixed it for me under warranty for free (lifetime warranty).
Total cost for Rhino liner: $425
and I dropped it off at work (Ford Dealer) and It was waiting for me when I finished my shift.
