need to know which wire is which

I just got a radio bezel from an explorer with rear wiper blades. The switch for the wipers is a **** with 3 positions. I want to use the switch for my e-fan. Will this work? Anyone have a wiring diagram or know where I can get one?

It doesn't look good as a simple on/off switch.
