I Got this from the jy out of a 96 Mountaineer...does anyone have one of these installed and/or know how its wired up?

orange/white
white/purple
black/red == constant 12v ?
red/yellow
black == ground

 

Red X's... what is it?

i got one of those mirrors off of ebay. a different brand, but the thing is awesome, one of the best things i bought for my truck.

on mine i had 8 pins:
1 was positive
2 was neg
3 was reverse shutoff
4 and 5 were the temp sensor
and 6-8 were not used

yours might be different though, i didn't have the auto dim interior lights.
