I just did this last weekend. I used Duplicolor bumper coating flat black. It looks sick, and goes on great. Dries in 20mins. Another option for you. Also buy new plastic push pins. The ones that are on the underside of the flare. Rip the old ones out, cause chances are in your attempt to remove them without destroying them are slim. There fairly cheap to replace. And have a really small phillips screw driver to assist you in removing the larger snap pins when you carefully pull your flares off. It helped me. You don't wanna trash those. Take your time.
