I don't plan to have mine welded in when I get one so that I can throw a bumper on in the future if my plans for the truck change, so I just need it sprayed...

Sweet

The shop I always go to here for paint told me about 75 to sray it sinse its nothihing really. then we started talking and i ended up telling that, when and if i did get a rollpan, i'd also want the tailgate handle relocator done, and shave that ford emblem on the gate. he told me it would be a couple hundred.. i pointed out those tabs that people are always talkin about undernieth the bumper.. he said they'd be off in like 5 mins.. wont be anything extra.. anyway.. after doing those couple projects all at once, he told me it would be somehtin low.. like 2 something.

and i've got a question about the rollpan.. the spare tire under there.. will it have to be removed??? do people relocate it in further away from the rear of the truck?? it looks like it would definately hit the bumper if it was left where it is now.

You have to cut off part of the mount. Any roll pan on a Ranger, you will loose being able to put your spare under the truck. I keep mine in the bed, easier to get to as well.

That's not true Jdugan..... you will have to cut a part out of the spare tire carrier, BUT you can still keep it.

Hey Wowak, I'll check with a local paint shop and see what they would charge, once you decide which one you want ship it to me and i'll deliver it soon painted. I'll get in touch with them next week.

Nice Table!!

You sure, on mine after we took the bumper off, the tire stuck out about 1-1/2" past the tail gate, and that was with a stock size tire.

Did you get the Mar-K rollpan? How did the contours line up?

After seeing a Sir Michael's one test fitted (it didn't line up AT ALL) I'm concerned about how it would look if I didn't weld it in (I don't really want to weld it in.)

Under no circumstances will I weld it in. My truck is a daily driver and I have no desire to have to cut it out when someone backs into me. Also, in a pinch, I'd like to be able to bolt my stock bumper back on to tow a U-Haul if I ever move or something like that. I know it looks better, but its too big of a practicality sacrifice for me.
