question about filling the gap...

In the next few weeks I am going to be getting some tube bumpers made. On the front I think I am going to cut the valence straight across the follow the horizontal line of the chrome part of the bumper...like what RedOctober did on his (hope he doesnt mind me jacking his picture.

Does anyone make a body filler that will bond to plastic and metal so I can fill in that circled space and repaint it...?

Get a 01-05 2wd bumper. 2wd bumpers don't have those 'ears' on them and end result will be perfect for what you're after...

And in the end, you'll have a valence AND bumper you can sell, instead of a cutup valence that's unusable.

yeah. it's just I'm looking at bumper options. I'm waiting on pics from a guy with a painted white rear bumper. I could have my 2wd bumper painted white on the bottom to match the rear bumper. But I'd also like to install some fogs. and I don't want to thread jack...I wrote hmmm cuz mmmtof had asked me in my bumper options thread about it. https://www.ranger-forums.com/f17/bu...ptions-102539/

like I said, I don't want to threadjack.

mmmtof, check your pm's

well, here is a good pic of what you could do. dangelj316 has some sweet pics halfway down this suckthread of 2wd/4wd ego junk. https://www.ranger-forums.com/f15/of...68/index7.html
the middle pic shows what I'm thinking you might like to do with your bars.
