quick question about the Jusnes light tabs...

I did a search and have been doing alot of reading. They look awesome.

I think I found where they install on my 01. Is it a bolt on the backside of the bumper? I can feel it when I stick my hand between the bumper and the grille. I think thats the right bolt but just wanted to double check with everyone.

Also, can I run two 100 watt slimlights without toasting my factory harness or should I get a heavier duty one just in case?

Yes, the bolt is on the back of the bumper. You must run a new heavy duty circuit switched by a relay for the KC SlimLites. If I'm not mistaken, a new harness/relay/dash switch is included in the SlimLite kit.

removing the bumper is not necessary, but if you have the determination, it does make it easier!

otherwise, simply loosen the bumper relocation bolts (two on each side) and let the bumper slide down until it stops (will give you about an inch and a half to 2 inches). now you can get to the bolts from underneath with a wrench (i highly suggest a ratcheting wrench!). the drivers side bolt is pretty easy, but the passenger side has the small A/C core directly behind it where you would like to have your hand while wrenching, so its a bit more tedious. After you get the bolts out, you can get the tabs in place by sliding them from each fender well through the larger gap you made between the bumper and grille, all the way to their positions. stick the bolts back through, tighten 'em up, lift the bumper again, and tighten the bolts, and youre set!

i took off my bumper to put them on. To remove the bumper its just four 3/4" bolts, and also 6 total star bolts for the fogs
