rear bumper removal

Is there any trick or does anyone have any tips on removing an XL work bumper. It was rear ended before I bought and the bumper is smushed into the back of the bed. it is starting to rust (my only grief with the Ranger is all the freakin RUST, repairing it is driving me nuts, and my truck only has 55,000 miles on it). I want to repair it but I need to get the rear bumper off to get to it.

no much to it ust make sure you disconect wires and it would make it a lot easier if you had some air tools but if you dont let those bolts soak in some PB blaster if you can get a hold of some but it pretty simple i think its just four bolts
