Rusted window to door molding?

On my 98 Ranger the "molding" that is on the door at the bottom of the window(outside) is rusting. the molding looks like it is steel wrapped in rubber. Where can I get replacments??

Thanks
Randy

there has gotta be a better place to buy from than the dealer. Mine is looking moldy or worn or something. I saw a truck with that molding color-matched and looked really good, I wonder how difficult that would be to accomplish.
