Securing Front Signals

Can someone with a 98 or so Ranger tell me how your front signals are secured to the frame? Mine are not secured at the top part of the signal assembly, but there is a tongue or rod or whatever you want to call it that looks like it should push into a clip or grommet where there is a hole in the frame. I'm looking at a headlight and signal assembly from Certifit but they said the signal housing does not come with a clip or grommet to secure the signal assembly.

For mine there are 2 screws under the headlight and amber and above the bumper. Thats how I got my turn signals off

I saw the clips on another Ranger and ended up asking the dealer about them... Probably should have done that first. Turns out it's a $5.00 part that just slips into place kind of like an e-clip.

The part number is E9DZ-13N129-A if anyone ever needs it.
