Shorty Antenna

I know I saw on here that someone had swapped the stock antenna for a short one and was able to keep the quality of reception. Does anyone know which antenna that was? All of the ones I've seen say you WILL lose quality by swapping it out. Thanks!

swapped mine for one of these with no loss of reception. not only that the black looks good, & this is from a member here (Wayne/underdog performance) & a great guy to deal with.

I swapped mine for a 15" antenna i found a signal increase not a loss plus they look so much better and i don't have the dang thing hitting the garage door everytime I pull in

I took off my antenna, but I left the whole and wiring. I get the same reception now as I did with the antenna screwed in. Honestly though, I usually use my iPod or CD player.

I was going to make a thread about this a little while ago, to see pics of shorty antenas installed. The pics look good so I'll be ordering a black 15" from underdog tonight. Thanks for the pics fellas.

I usually listen to my iPod or CDs but sometimes I want to see whats new out there and I don't always have all of the above with me. I ordered the one from ebay so I'll keep you posted when I have it installed...
