slight body work?

ok the truck went through the automatic carwash thing today and now heres what the scratches and dents from the other week look like

im not too worried about it. i would however like to pop the big dents out and get some shape back to my bed sides. anyone have any good ways of popping them out? i cant get a hammer on the backside to pop them out. oh and any clues on how to fill in those deep down to the metal scratches so they dont rust would be awesome too. again, not looking for anything fancy, just want shape and no rust

if you buff it alot of those will come out and not look as bad as they are.

as for the deep scratches get some touch up paint and go at it.

touch it up first before waxing.
