Can anyone tell me if stepbars from a 98 2dr will fit on a 04 edge 2dr? Thanks.

a lot of nerf bars connect to the pinch weld though, or at least the body.

They are both ext cab 2dr. I would think they would fit but who knows. I guess the best way is to take some measurements.

The main difference is between extended and regular cab, and between the two different flavors of extended cabs: 2 and 4 door. For sure the 2 and 4 door versions mount differently in the rear. It is possible that the bars mount the same in the back for '98 and '04's with 2 door extended cabs.

Thanks John, I'm with you in thinking they'll fit but I'm gonna measure to make sure.
