Subtle....but noticeable....

Okay, most of you know I'm going to be using an Edge grille shell with my new front end....

My dilemma was the Ford Emblem though.....most Saleens don't have the blue ovals on the front....the problem was that I wanted to use the honeycomb grill, so a simple speed grille wouldn't have fit....

So, what to do? Make your own emblem, of course!

Finished product......

I lack a single adjustment screw.....it's on order from Ford as we speak.....

I've been super busy at work, like, since May......

I don't have the newer bumper yet, because I've been looking at the STX valence....Problem is it's $700...oh, and my hood needs paint.

So basically the only thing "changing" is the grille and lights....FOR NOW, anyways.

I just hate having the whole "under construction" look.....hence the hesitation. I'm an all at once kind of guy when it comes to modding.....

Weeeeeellllllll......I have friends in the design department at Nissan.....we kept it on the D.L., so to speak. I brought the emblem in, they made a template.....we adjusted....bla bla bla...

End result is what you see!! We went through a few, getting it "just right"....

you would need the core support, headlights, corner lights, grill shell and grill and maybe a hood if ya wanted that too! Some of the headlight wiring is a bit different (there are two blinker bulbs per side on a 98-00 and one on a 01+) I thnk thats pretty much it though... oh and headlight retainer clips (two per side)
