Tailgate Mod

I found this on another ford forum. It's a mod to the tailgate bolts, if you get two more bolt like the bottom one, you can make it so the tailgate doesn't go down all the way when open. Looks like a great way to haul long items.

he's saying it sits at an angle and is suported so like if you have a bed cover you can have it lay down a bit and have somethn sticking out and still have some tailgate support holding the object up... my .02$..

basically it holds it at an angle.. they have hydrolic kits that allow you to change the pitch on yer gate from the cab, like a spoiler..no use for it
